By accepting our terms of service in the checkout, I am stating that I am aware and acknowledge that I will be using materials and tools such as mallets, hammers, drills, screws, sand paper, paint and low VOC stains during a workshop and/or party at The Rustic Wood Project. If any damages should incur to supplies, tools, equipment, or property while in my possession, I accept full responsibility.

The Rustic Wood Project will not be responsible for any injury or property damage, while I am participating in a workshop and/or party. It is in my best interest to adhere to all policies while attending a party and/or workshop at The Rustic Wood Project. I recognize and accept full responsibility for any injury that may occur to myself or my personal assets. I agree to indemnify The Rustic Wood Project against any and all claims, damages, and lawsuits, including attorney’s fees, relating to my engagement at The Rustic Wood Project.

While participating in a party and/or workshop at The Rustic Wood Project, we will be snapping an abundance of photos to share on various social media platforms and our website. If you elect not to have your project on display, or you showing off your DIY skills, kindly make note of this in the comments section. Please feel free to post your projects on social media and use the hashtags #therusticwoodproject or #RWPBethlehem.

The Rustic Wood Project is a BYOB establishment that encourages you to bring light snacks and beverages that suit your palette. We will not furbish or serve food or drinks of any types to our customers, thus it is advisable to supply your own. Only customers that are of legal drinking age (21 or older) are able to consume alcoholic beverages. Possession of an alcohol beverage is forbidden if you are younger than the age of 21 and is in violation of PA state laws. Minors could be penalized if found consuming, or in possession of an alcoholic beverage.
